Hybridlager har stålringar med keramiska kulor, vilket ger den bästa balansen mellan prestanda och kostnad. Helkeramiska lager har både ringar och kulor gjorda av keramik, vilket ger fullständig korrosionsbeständighet, icke-magnetiska egenskaper och förmågan att gå utan smörjning.
Ja, helkeramiska lager kan arbeta torrt (ingen smörjning) i rena miljöer. Hybridlager kräver fortfarande smörjning för stålringarna, men keramiska kulor minskar friktionen och förlänger fettlivslängden med 2-3 gånger jämfört med helt stållager.
Silikonnitridlager kan arbeta upp till 800°C i luft. Zirconia lager är lämpliga upp till 400°C. För högtemperaturapplikationer rekommenderar vi helkeramiska lager med specialiserade hållare.
